Pan card a credit card sized document has been significant in all financial transactions in India. PAN stands for Permanent Account Number, is a combination of numbers and alphabets. For this registration he should provide documents like 4 photographs, proof of address in India and photocopies of passport and Indian visa. Then FFRO produces the booklet showing the details of PIO's stay in India. The PIO card holder can enjoy the facility of separate counter for immigration check at the Indian international airport. They also can purchase property in India except agricultural property. The government of India also provides PIO card Scheme. Under this scheme four generation of PIO card holder can travel India without visa yet he/she should bear the passport of the country in which he/he is staying.
